How We Work for You

Step 1

Stacy listens: If you are meeting with her you have a current need for Private Care or anticipate a future need.  She will listen and work with you to get a better understanding of what your needs are.

Step 2

Stacy will consult with the Team of Caretaker Contractors to decide if she can add you as a client. Unfortunately we can’t take everyone as we are a smaller group. Sometimes we can refer another provider to fulfill your needs.

Step 3

Stacy sets up a Caretaker Contractor Schedule for one month in advance for each client. She will negotiate a base hourly rate and an administrative fee which is a percentage of all of the hours worked providing care.

Step 4

Stacy has great flexibility in billing for services in order to work with you and your accountants, long term care insurance, etc.  Typically, all invoices are paid every two weeks.

Step 5

You work with Stacy as the assignor to address current status, future concerns, etc. as she assigns Caretaker Contractors to work in your home.

Step 6

Hopefully your experience with Stacy’s Group of Professionals is a positive one and you can refer others or not hesitate to use our group again should any future needs arise.

What You Need To Know

The group rates are determined by the number of hours required and the level of skills required to care for the patient.  After an intake consultation, Stacy will confer with Caretaker Contractors she asks to work the case and then contact you to arrange a rate acceptable to both Clients and Caretakers.  As a Group Administrator, Stacy also negotiates a percentage of the total billing for each contractor in the form of an administration fee.

What Our Clients Say

  • “When we started to notice a decline in my mother’s health and memory, we knew we needed resources to help provide better care for her. My mom was very clear that she never wanted to be placed in a nursing home, and we as her children wanted to honor her wish.

We chose to work with Stacy and her staff for several reasons. Stacy was flexible, affordable, compassionate and very involved in providing the best care for our mom. We started services just a few days a week to help mom stay on track with her nutrition, safety and to combat loneliness, and then advanced to more care days based on moms needs.

As her health and dementia increased, Stacy was able to provide more care days and hours as time went on. The nurses were able to help us recognize the changes (even subtle) in her health allowing us to stay on top of everything. The nursing staff ensured mom had all her medications taken at the appropriate times, made sure she was eating, and more importantly they forged friendships with mom. She felt like they were part of her family.

Stacy and her staff allowed us to keep mom at home until the end of her life. Her wish was granted. Stacy's staff provided mom with the best care possible and we were very happy and grateful.

We chose the right path for our mom’s care and have great comfort in knowing that in the last year of her life she was kept home where she wanted to be, was safe, comfortable and not alone.

We were with Stacy for nearly a year. We thank her and her team for the wonderful care.”

    – The Family of Beverly Tepley.

  • "Stacy Jensen provided care for my husband David for several years of his journey with Parkinson's Disease.  Her medical knowledge and familiarity with Parkinson's in particular were invaluable as we faced the many challenges this disease brings.  In addition to daily care and support she managed his many medications, adjusting dosage as needed, and communicated effectively with his medical team.  She accompanied us to medical appointments and guided us in making difficult decisions.  In addition, Stacy's kindness and compassion shown to me and to my husband provided the emotional support we needed and helped David maintain his dignity when he lost so much else.  Stacy became part of our family, and I am forever grateful for her care."

    – Kathy M. 2022

  • “Stacy has impeccable references and superlative E.Q., matched by an extraordinary work ethic. She understands people and attends to each individual's unique needs even as they evolve. She also knows the staff and doctors at Abbott well!”

    — Mimi, 2022

  • “We knew from the minute we met Stacy, she and her team were sent to us by divine providence!  They expertly, lovingly and compassionately provided the care for my husband as he made the journey to a peaceful death.  I couldn’t have been more blessed to have him at home, so I could hold his head in my hands and say “I love you” one last time as he took his final breath.  Thank you, and may God’s blessings be abundantly yours!’
