The group rates are determined by the number of hours required and the level of skills required to care for the patient.  After an intake consultation I will confer with Caretaker Contractors I ask to work the case and contact you to arrange a rate acceptable to both Clients and Caretakers.  As a Group Administrator, I also  negotiate a percentage of the total billing for each contractor in the form of an administration fee.

Our Caretakers are independent contractors and they are their own boss and responsible for their own education, professionalism, and schedule.  If issues arise communicate with me if you have have concerns.

In this era of COVID it is important to note that our Contractors will be told your wishes regarding vaccinations, masks, wearing of PPE, and work with regard to sanitation procedure and social distancing.
