How I Work for You...

Step 1

I listen: If you are meeting with me you have a current need for Private Care or anticipate a future need.  I will listen and work with you to get a better understanding of what your needs are.

Step 2

I will consult with the Team of Caretaker Contractors to decide if I can add you as a client. Unfortunately I can’t take everyone as we are a smaller group. Sometimes I can refer another provider to fulfill your needs.

Step 3

I set up a Caretaker Contractor Schedule for one month in advance for each client. I will negotiate a base hourly rate and an administrative fee which is a percentage of all of the hours worked providing care.

Step 4

I have great flexibility in billing for services in order to work with you and your accountants, long term care insurance, etc.  Typically, all invoices are paid every two weeks.  

Step 5

You work with me as the assignor to address current status, future concerns, etc. as I assign Caretaker Contractors to work in your home.

Step 6

Hopefully your experience with my Group of Professionals is a positive one and you can refer others or not hesitate to use our group again should any future needs arise.
